Orleans Parish, Station 15

New Orleans is a place where flooding occurs all too regularly. Water management in this sinking city has always been a challenge. Its water pumping stations strategically placed throughout the city serves as it's number one defense from deluge.  The DPS pump station works tirelessly to keep its city safe. Many New Orleans residents are not even aware of this important asset.  We take the audience on a tour of the workings above and below ground of DPS 15 through the eyes of Chasity, a New Orleans teenager that has lived next to it her entire life.
